Sugar Free Month Challenge

I don’t want to abandon sugar entirely for the rest of my life, life is for living and I don’t want to give up everything I enjoy. Research suggests it takes 21 days to form a habit, to ensure I have tried my best at exercising restraint by limiting my intake of sugar, I am going to partake in a sugar free month.
